About
Hi, I’m Sam—a yoga and Pranayam (breathwork) teacher with a deep love for movement, stillness, and the space in between. I discovered yoga as a teenager and was immediately drawn to its power to calm the mind, strengthen the body, and reconnect me with my inner self. That first spark grew into a lifelong journey of study, practice, and teaching.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching around the world and learning from a diverse range of teachers and lineages. These experiences have shaped the way I teach today—with a grounded understanding of tradition, and a playful, supportive energy that invites you to explore your own path.
My classes are designed to be inclusive, welcoming, and rooted in the belief that yoga truly is for everyone. I weave together movement, mindfulness, pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation to help students build a deeper connection with their bodies, breath, and minds.
Wherever you are in your yoga journey, I’m here to support you in finding clarity, balance, and a sense of ease—both on and off the mat.

My goal is to create a supportive space—both online and in person—where people from all walks of life can connect, grow, and feel empowered in their bodies and minds.
