Hatha Yoga

A balanced, breath-led Hatha Yoga class combining accessible postures, mindful movement, and guided relaxation. Sam creates a calm, focused environment where you’ll explore classical asanas, build strength and mobility, and deepen your mind-body connection through steady breathwork (pranayama) and alignment-focused instruction.

Restorative Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation

Unwind deeply in this calming class designed to regulate the nervous system, release tension, and restore balance. Sam guides you through long-held, fully supported restorative poses using props, allowing the body to relax completely while the mind gently quiets.

Dynamic Yoga

An energising and flowing practice that builds strength, flexibility, and focus. This class weaves together breath and movement in intelligently sequenced postures designed to awaken the body and steady the mind.

Expect a strong, fluid pace with options to modify or intensify based on your needs. Sam’s clear, grounded guidance supports you in developing body awareness, healthy alignment, and inner resilience—on and off the mat.
